New User Interface
The first thing you'll notice when you visit our Daily Puzzle page is its new interface. We've updated the look and usability of the page to make it feel and sound more like the other puzzles and lessons which our members know and love.

Visit our new Daily Puzzle page now to try out the new interface!
Daily Puzzle Calendar
It's now much easier for you to navigate across different puzzles from our Daily Puzzle section. We've included a Daily Puzzle calendar that gives you the option to go to previous puzzles.

The calendar also shows you which puzzles you've successfully solved and your Daily Puzzle streak. Make sure you return every day to keep that streak going!
To access the calendar, you have to click the date below the puzzle's title. The calendar will open, and you simply have to click one of the days to access its puzzle.

Video Explanation For Every Puzzle
When you're solving puzzles, Chess.com's virtual coach will always be there to help you. If you play a wrong move, the coach will offer to show you a video lesson explaining the solution to that puzzle.

Daily Puzzle videos will feature top players explaining how to solve each specific puzzle. They will also go over the main tactical themes of the position so you can understand the reason behind each move. Watching these videos is a great way for you to learn tactical patterns to win more games!
