One of the best ways to improve is to go over your games and analyze where you can improve. Working on your games makes the lessons more real and personal. You need to find ways to improve your game and not repeat your mistakes or not make the mistakes your opponent made. You can take a game you played and use Game Explorer (Select LEARN then GAME EXPLORER) to find improvements in the Opening. You then can request Computer Analysis when viewing game to get a report generated by a computer with score for each move. I like to also write down thoughts and ideas of the game. I try and show when the game changed for draw to winning to losing and missed opportunities.
