This is a "No Vacation" tournament!
Hello everyone, before I get into the tournament back story, please allow me to tell you about the pre-back story! LOL. It is hard for me to believe that it has been 13 years since I made the first Neutral Zone Tournament. This tournament was a marvel of its time because it involved so many different groups. You could think of this as the great-great grandfather of what we have today with the group arena tournaments. I was allowed safe passage into all of the best sci fi/ space groups of the day. Some groups I were friends with some groups my friends were friends with. Some groups I created and gave away some groups just flat out hated me and still have me banned to this very day! But all of us knew if we could just get along for a short time, we would create something that the members of our groups would love and that's exactly what we did. This one tournament led to the creation of the only sci fi group tournament league that I know off. Intergalactic Battlegrounds was born because of this one event. that was the first step in seeing if a Sci-fi group tournament league could be done. And I'm here to tell you that it has been done. I have signed us up to play in the under 1600 group. All we need is a min of 5 players. There is no max, so everyone should get to play. So, everyone try and clear some space on your dance card for this. The first round should start the second week of October.

Welcome to "The Neutral Zone" Tournament. Space is a big place and yet we all meet here in the Neutral Zone. There is but one universal truth and that is beauty comes in all colors(Look at the trophies) and races. But, which one of you will reign supreme? Will it be a Starfleet Officer or Jedi Knight? Perhaps a Time Lord or a member of the mighty Klingon Empire? Maybe a Borg. Could the victor be a Sith Lord or a Blake's 7 rebel? The peace treaty has been signed.
