Thanks so much for writing in. I’m really sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately, the player is able to use vacation in his games as long as he’s not using it to purposely stall a loss :(
I’m not sure that this helps in this case, but we do have a no vacation option when you create a tournament.
When you are on the create a tournament page, you can find it under “advanced options”:

I have appealed to Samtheman082 better sensibilities and play but he advises me he is on an extended vacation !
Took vacation on the day the tournament started !
Suggest we all go to his home page and both block him and report him for bad sportsmanship!....this is what I have done ..
Otherwise the best plan might be to just cancel the whole thing !
