This is the 2nd in a series of vacation time tourneys and this one is for players rated under 1400.
The format is up to 240 players with a maximum of 4 players per group. Time control is set to 3 days per move. 2 players advance from each group, unless there are tied players and then all tied players advance.
This Tournament is set to start on the second Sunday of the month with however many eligible players we have. However, if we have 240 eligible players before that date then the Tournament will automatically start.
