Series 54 is a multistage tournament. In the first round 54 (or 162) players start in 9 (or 27) groups of 6 players. The best 2 of each group qualify for the next round. In the last stage the final will play the 6 best players of these groups.
Here is the scheme
- Round 27 groups of 6 players (162) - the first and second best will go for the next round
- Round 9 groups of 6 players (54) - the both best players qualify for the 3.round
- Round 3 groups with 18 players and again the best 2 players qualify for the final
- Round final group of 6 players
I like to start one Series 54 tournament with 54 or 162 players every month. The best players can fight in the season final.
