Hi all,

This is the 4th in a new series of tourneys and is for players rated 1501-1649.

The format is 100 players,4/group,3 days/move,2 concurrent games/opponent,2 to advance from each group,unless there are ties and then ALL tied players advance to the next round.

Any players over 1649 AT THE START of the tourney WILL BE REMOVED and invited to the appropriate tourney for their new rating whenever possible.

This is a NO VACATION tourney.
